Thank you for your interest in my private clinical practice in craniosacral, massage therapy, and counseling. I have been a practicing/licensed Massage Therapist in the state of New Hampshire since 1988. Over the years, I have worked with Chiropractors, Orthopedic Surgeons, Family Practitioners, Ob/Gyn Offices & Clinics, Dance Companies and professional studios. My formal training includes more than 1500 hrs. in an AMTA certified school. In twenty plus years of practice, I have accrued more 3000 continuing education credit hours with certifications. I have attained a Masters Level in Individual Psychology and am proud of my extended work in Dance Science & Medicine. My services do not include diagnosis but offer a complete range of massage therapies and counseling for relief of a simple cold, relaxation & stress management, sports massage, cardio-vascular support and lymphatic drainage as well as pre & perinatal massage for mother and child. My recent training includes craniosacral therapy which I use in somato-emotional release work and counseling; prenatal support and pediatric care. I am certified to offer Therapeutic Touch, Reiki, Traeger, and Esalen Massage, Myofascial Release and CranioSacral Therapies. In 2005, I completed another Master of Arts Degree in Dance in Education, California State University- Long Beach. I am now completing my Diplomate in Craniosacral Therapy.
I am AMTA certified and a member of IADMS (International Assoc. for Dance Science & Medicine, PAMA(Performing Arts Medicine Assoc, PPAM (Pre & Perinatal Assoc. of America and IAHP (International Association of Health Practitioners). To my great joy, I have studied with Deanne Juhan in the Traeger Method and Dr. John Barnes & Dr. Jeff Rockwell, for my Myofascial Release Certifications, Dr. John E. Upledger, Dr. Lisa Upledger and Susan D. Pinto from the Upledger Institute for CranioSacral Certifications. I have worked with brilliant scientists including F. David Peat, Erwin Lazlo and Therese Schecker Schroeder. In 1988, I entered Antioch-New England Graduate School for a Masters in Dance/Movement Therapy and continue to work with Dr. Michael Conforti and study through the Assisi Conference/Seminars & Clinical Studies, the Pari Center and Upledger Institute.. I am excited to continue my Dance Medicine work with Dr. David Weiss, NYU Medical School and the Harkness Center to remain current in all aspects of Dance Medicine.

CLINICAL PRACTICE
In these times, no one should be without services. As a Reiki Master and Certified Therapist in Distance Healing from the Core - I have been working in distance with clients during COVID TIMES. This is powerful and profound work in & through Reiki; Distance Healing; Craniosacral Therapy; and Embodied Awareness©. I offer consultations and therapeutic sessions through Zoom; Skype and FaceTime in short and extended sessions.

My practice is extensive from pre and perinatal through senior citizens and our elder population. I hold my Licenses in both California and New Hanpshire and have recently been added to the International Craniosacral Therapy Listing in Europe for Denmark and Italy. CRANIO-SACRAL THERAPY
Is a gentle therapeutic modality based in Osteopathy that reduces stress, clears outgoing and incoming nerve messages to the central nervous system through the balancing of the craniosacral system of the body. While balancing the mind and body, muscle fatique, systemic difficulties, anxiety, headaches, tmj are often alleviated or eliminated, most certainly reduced.

As a professional dancer, choreographer and teacher, I combine my therapeutic work as a Dance Medical Practioner in therapeutic classes, individual coach sessions and rehabilitative services for dancers, dance companies, schools and conservatories and individual artists.
With more than 40 years of professional experience as both a visual and movement artist, I bring a unique ‘eye’ to the technical training and artistic development of dancers, visual artists and musicians. The arts weave gently in and through my therapeutic modalities. It is a joy and my deepest pleasure to blend in these arts arts and create ‘Embodied Awareness’©.
I have trained and danced with the Royal Ballet (London) and American Ballet Theatre, served as choreographer and director for companies across the US. I am certified in the ABT National Training Curriculum.
